1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using mongoosebets.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Mongoose Bets is a statistical analytics platform that simulates Major League Baseball games using Monte Carlo methods. Each game is simulated 2,500 times daily using real lineups, current player statistics, weather data, and park factors to generate win probabilities, expected scores, and player projections.

The Service is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. Simulation results, predictions, probabilities, and recommendations are based on mathematical models and should not be construed as professional betting advice or guarantees of future outcomes.

Some features of the Service require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service or are using the Service in a manner that could harm Mongoose Bets or other users.

Certain features may require a paid subscription. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Mongoose Bets does not store your credit card information. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Mongoose Bets reserves the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

The simulation methodology, statistical models, analysis methods, and presentation used in the Service are proprietary to Mongoose Bets. All content generated by the Service, including but not limited to simulation results, projections, and analytics, is protected by intellectual property laws.

MLB team names, logos, and related trademarks are the property of Major League Baseball and its respective teams. Mongoose Bets is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Major League Baseball, any MLB team, or any players' association. All data is sourced from publicly available information.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mongoose Bets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, any betting or wagering decisions made based on information provided by the Service, or any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.

You must be at least 21 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old and that your use of the Service complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding sports betting in your jurisdiction.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.

10. Changes to Terms

Mongoose Bets reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
